Robin Collins - Owner
Robin's love affair with horses started when she was a youth riding with Jimmy Williams, one of the top Hunter/Jumper trainers in the business. She also ran several succussful Hunter/Jumper barns in the 70's, 80's and 90's and ounded the Heritage Discovery Center in 1992. This center educates the public on the rare Spanish Colonial Mission Horse, the Wilbur-Cruce strain, and early history of California by holding re-enactment demonstrations and attending functions relating to early California history.
In 2011 Robin purchased the property for Rancho Del Sueno which is home for 65 Spanish Colonial Mission Horses she rescued in 1991. In addition, she has developed several programs for the public using Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Equine Assisted Learning plus natural horsemenship. Visitors are always welcome.
Cathy Ebsen - Executive Assistant
Cathy brings over 40 years experience to our operation as an owner, breeder and exhibitor of Quarter Horses plus 15 years as a Web Developer/Marketer and Administrative Assistant. She stood two Quarter Horse stallions "Barnaby Chex", champion reining and working cow horse, and "Chocolate Mahogany" AQHA Superior Halter horse. In addition to her administrative duties, she assists with the horses.
Brian Baird - Facilities Manager
Brian started working for us at the end of 2014 learning the ins and outs of working on a ranch. He now is responsible for maintaining the facility and keeping it in top shape as well as assisting with the horses.
